What payment method and payment terms?
Payment is negotiable (TT, LC etc). Usually 30% down payment, 50% before loading, and 20% against the copy of BL within one week.

Can I get samples from your factory?
Sorry, the cost of machine is high. We recommend you to test the machine before placing an order

If machines have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We will responsible for all the quality problems.

What's the delivery time ?
If the selected machine is in stock, we can deliver it at any time. If the product is out of stock, usually we need 7-15days to prepare.

What is the methods of shipment?
Full delivery or dismantling, container or bulk according to customer requirement.

What kind of certificate you have ?
We have CE, ISO, SGS.

Do we accept customization?
Certainly. Because customers in different regions require different machine performance, we can make it according to customer requirements.

We are a factory company. There are about 1,000 units machine in our yard.
