Powered by a mature and reliable Isuzu 6HK1 turbocharged intercooled diesel engine, the SY365H delivers a rated power of 212kW (284HP) at 2000rpm and a peak torque of 1080N·m at 1500rpm. With a 7.79L large displacement design, the engine features strong low-speed torque output, excellent fuel adaptability and stable long-hour operation performance. Compliant with Tier 3 and China National Stage III emission standards, it achieves lower exhaust emissions while maintaining powerful output, meeting the environmental and construction requirements of most regions worldwide. The globally mature powertrain also ensures convenient spare parts supply and low maintenance costs.
Equipped with SANY’s independently developedDOMCS optimized negative flow hydraulic system, the SY365H realizes precise, sensitive and smooth hydraulic control. The upgraded hydraulic logic improves overall working efficiency by up to 5% and reduces comprehensive fuel consumption by 10% compared with conventional systems. Multiple working modes including Heavy, Standard, Eco and Breaker are optional for different construction scenarios. The machine delivers a bucket digging force of 235kN and arm digging force of 180kN, providing super strong breakout force for rock breaking, hard soil excavation and heavy material loading. The built-in anti-swing valve and delay valve stabilize compound movements, avoiding body shaking during frequent rotation and lifting, greatly improving construction smoothness and operation precision.
In terms of structural durability, the SY365H adopts an all-round heavy-duty reinforced design. It features an enhanced X-shaped undercarriage, thickened high-strength boom and arm, and reinforced track frames, with nine bottom track rollers on each side to evenly bear heavy loads. The thickened track shoes, durable idlers and heavy-duty chain guards effectively resist impact and abrasion in harsh rocky and mining working conditions, greatly extending the service life of chassis components. The whole machine undergoes strict fatigue testing and structural strengthening, adapting to long-term continuous high-intensity operation without easy deformation or damage.
